The Gripper Button
This Image Surfer Pro utility grabs a copy of every image currently displayed in the Internet Explorer window and writes the data to disk. Similar to the Internet Explorer File-Save-As option, this data places a copy of the images in the directory you select. However, this utility has convenient improvements over the Internet Explorer option.
Gripper saves only the image information. No referencing HTML document is created and the files are stored in the directory you select. The image information is directly downloaded from its source and written to each file.
The name of each file is derived from the full URL of the image. This allows you to save multiple images in the same directory which may have a file name of 01.jpg but which originated from a different URL. This is particularly handy when used in conjunction with the Visualization tools.
